Qpro was appointed as Design consultant for Security Systems for a multi speciality hospital in Hyderabad.

We began with a risk assessment of the entire premises. We evaluated the threats and vulnerabilities in every room and passage of the hospital.  We took feedback from the hospital facilities personnel since they had day to day running experience of the hospital. Several insights came as a result of the discussion. For instance, one of the vulnerabilities that was identified was that there were disputes on billing.  So the operations team wanted cameras to be installed on top of the billing counter to ensure that there is record. Based on the threats identified, we proposed technological solutions  that would mitigate the risks. The same approach was followed for Access Control System as well. The design went through several iterations based on the feedback from the hospital management. The security system was designed to  meets the hospital's needs while ensuring regulatory compliance and industry standards.

We proposed advanced AI-based CCTV Systems for all Passages, Stairs, Perimeter, Entry, and Exit Gates with a Centralized Video Management System to eliminate unwanted, unauthorized movements. Face recognition access control was proposed for attendance purpose, and fingerprint based biometric access control for pharmacy store and critical rooms.
