Kanchana Rajendran has more than 30 years experience in the fire safety, security and building automation industry. Arun Moorthy is involved for  3 decades in Industrial Automation and Safety, Security & Building Automation projects. He has worked for Siemens Ltd for 17 years in the Building Technologies Division under various capacities. Pradip Sheth, well known as  Pradipbhai, is our Special Advisor and mentor. He has a  dual degree in Bachelor of Science in Physics and Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and a 50-year experience in engineering practice Pradipbhai worked Reliance Textile Industries and Bee'ah Group Consultants, Saudi Arabia before founding Sheth Techno Consultants, a full-service design firm. In 2015, after completing 25 years of service, the firm merged with an Architectural firm in Ahmedabad. Pradipbhai presides over the Gujarat chapter of FSAI and the Ahmedabad Engineers Association, and is actively associated with The Institution of Engineers (India), Institute of Electrical Engineers, London, ASHRAE, ISHRAE and IPA.  He is also a visiting faculty at Nirma University. Dayananda C is our Head of Electrical Design. He has more than 30 years of experience in the electrical field. He has exposure in MEP Design Consultancy, Project Management, Evaluation ( Quality + Audit), Testing and Commissioning, and Project Automation. He has been exposed to Electrical Design in building and infrastructure sectors having associated with Tata Projects Ltd. Metro Rail-Qatar, Semac, Shapoorji Pallonji, Entask consultancy services, RSP Design Consultants to name a few.

K Balasubramanian popularly known in the industry as Balu is the founder of Qpro Design Consulting Pvt Ltd. Balu has over 3 decades of experience in the field of Process automation and IBMS projects. He is involved in the  field of Fire Safety, Security Systems,  Building Automation. Balu is recognized in the industry as one of the most knowledgeable professionals in IBMS. He is formerly a visiting faculty for Anna University teaching B. Arch and M.Arch students Safety, Security and Integrated Building Management Systems. Balasubramaniyan Ragunathan is a Technical Manager, functionally working as Sr. Manager – MEP Design. An efficient dynamic professional with  Mechanical Engineering background, considerable Domestic and International exposure with proven abilities in working with multi-cultural teams. With over 18 plus years of experience in MEP Design, he has handled Metro rail, Road & bridges, Infrastructure development, Airports, storage yard, High rise towers & Hospital projects., His core strengths are plumbing and fire fighting with exposure to all aspects of MEP. He is also a BIM Manager handling 3D Design and Clash Detection.

Showkat Gundroo is a dynamic professional with 25 years of experience, having worked in the telecom / data center industry with companies like Nxtra Data and Ericsson. He has deep understanding of the infrastructure requirements of data centers, and handles the technical aspects of data center design and audit at Qpro.

G Gajendra Babu has 29+ Years of progressive exposure in Procurement and Operation Development, Technical Sales, Brand Building, Product Management and Specifying Projects in IBMS and Renewable Energy. At Qpro he handles the client accounts for IBMS and Solar Power project deliveries.
