A well-known bank was building a call center in the capital of a state in Northeast India. The location was a beautiful hill station, and the site was outside the city, which was difficult to access. Qpro was appointed as a Green Building Consultant for this project.

Despite the challenges posed by the remote location, we collaborated closely with all stakeholders to achieve the highest possible green building standards. We guided the client throughout the certification process, ensuring the successful implementation of sustainable measures.

Among the key features incorporated into the project were indoor plants, which enhanced air quality and created a refreshing ambiance. Greenpro-certified and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) materials further contributed to a healthier indoor environment.

Water efficiency was a significant project highlight, with 48.10% savings achieved using water-efficient plumbing fixtures. The building's energy performance was also significantly improved by adopting energy-efficient lighting fixtures and an advanced HVAC system. These combined efforts reduced energy consumption, underscoring the project’s commitment to sustainability. Through the collaborative efforts of all stakeholders, the project met the IGBC Green Interiors category criteria, achieving the Platinum Rating.
